The material is inserted incorrectly and the label sensor cannot detect the punch/gap/reflex mark

1. Check if the labels are on the correct side of the label web.

2. (Label material with reflex marks) Check, if the reflex marks are on the bottom side of the label web.

3. Open the print head pressure lever.

4. Check, if the material passes through the label sensor fork.

5. If the material is inserted incorrectly, remove the material completely and insert the material correctly. Oberserve the insertion scheme.

6. Does the material web run through the plastic fork? If not, insert the label material so that its rear edge rests against the stop. If necessary, correct the width setting of the front material guide.
