The label length is incorrectly configured and does not match the material used

1. Measure label distance. Check whether the setting in the parameter menu (Print > Material > Label > Material length) matches the actual label distance.

2. If not, correct setting in parameter menu. Alternatively can the label pitch be defined in the print job. In this case, call the supervisor to change the print job.
