The ribbon was inserted incorrectly

1. Open the print head pressure lever.

2. Remove ribbon completely.

3. Insert ribbon correctly. Observe the winding diagram (dotted line = ribbon roll with color side facing outwards).

4. Close the print head pressure lever.
