Core of the ribbon roll (A) is loosely seated on the unwinder

1. Open the print head pressure lever.

2. Remove ribbon roll from ribbon unwinding mandrel.

3. Check core diameter. Use ribbon roll with suitable core diameter.

4. Adjust the spring plate on the ribbon unwinding mandrel so that the ribbon core is firmly seated.

5. Replace the ribbon roll and check that it is firmly seated.

6. Close the print head pressure lever.
